Vibeworker RSS Feed: Your Scored Upwork Jobs Delivered
Starting today, every Vibeworker subscription includes a personal RSS feed.
Paste the URL into Feedly, Reeder, Thunderbird, NewsFlash, or anything else that reads RSS — and your scored, ranked Upwork job feed lives wherever you already are.
What's in the Feed
Each item includes everything you need to decide whether a job is worth opening:
- Job title and direct link to the Upwork posting
- Budget (fixed price range or hourly rate)
- Your personal match score — how closely this job fits your profile
- Quick Win score — how fast and self-contained the job is to complete
- Job description snippet (first 500 characters)
- Required skills
- Posting date
Jobs are sorted by match score. The top of your feed is the best opportunity available right now, not just the most recently posted.
How It Compares to What Upwork Had
Upwork's RSS feeds — discontinued in August 2024 — gave you title, a truncated description, a timestamp, and a link. No budget, no client signals, no match scoring.
The Vibeworker feed gives you a pre-evaluated list. By the time a job reaches your reader, it's already been scored against your profile using vector similarity across skills, scope, and client quality signals. You're not triaging a firehose — you're reading a shortlist.
Setting It Up
- Go to Settings → API in Vibeworker
- Click Generate RSS Feed URL — takes about two seconds
- Copy the URL and paste it into your RSS reader
That's it. The URL is specific to your account and your profile. Share it with no one.
You can also append &minScore=0.7 to limit the feed to jobs with a 70%+ match score — useful if you want high-signal-only and don't mind seeing fewer items.
Why RSS
Push notifications are still the fastest path to being first in line — they fire in under 60 seconds. But not everyone wants notifications. Some people prefer to check in at their own pace. Some already have an RSS workflow and want Upwork jobs sitting alongside everything else they monitor.
RSS also composes well with automations. If you're running n8n, Zapier, or Make, an RSS feed is a simple, standard trigger that doesn't require webhook setup. The same scored data, in a format every tool already understands.
The goal is the same regardless of how you consume it: you see the jobs worth your time and skip the ones that aren't.
For context on what Upwork's original RSS feed was and why it was shut down, see the Upwork RSS feed alternatives guide. If you want to go further and query your feed programmatically, what you can build with the Vibeworker API covers all the integration options.
