Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know. If you have a question not covered here, reach out.

How is Vibeworker different from Upwork's built-in job alerts?

Upwork's built-in alerts match keywords — if a job contains "React" it gets sent to you regardless of whether the client is serious, the scope is clear, or the budget is realistic. Vibeworker uses AI to evaluate the full job: scope clarity, red flags, client quality, budget realism, and fit with your specific hunting strategy. It also delivers instant push notifications rather than email, so you see high-fit jobs within 2–5 minutes of posting instead of hours later.

What's the best mode for someone with no Upwork reviews?

Quick Wins mode — a review-stacking strategy that finds jobs with crystal-clear deliverables, verified clients, and scopes you can close in a single session. The kind that turn into 5-star reviews and repeat business. Budget is secondary when you're building your reputation. Once you have 5+ reviews, Skill Match and High Value modes become more relevant.

Does Vibeworker connect to my Upwork account?

No. Vibeworker never connects to your Upwork account, asks for your Upwork credentials, or applies to jobs automatically. It alerts you when a strong match appears; you review every opportunity and apply manually on Upwork. Vibeworker is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Upwork.

How fast are the notifications?

Jobs are monitored in real-time as they arrive. When a strong match appears, you'll get a push notification within 2–5 minutes of the job being posted — usually long before the proposal pile builds up. Most good jobs attract their first wave of applicants within 30 minutes; being this fast puts you in that first wave.

How do I receive alerts?

Browser push notifications, sent directly to your device the moment a match is found. No email, no feed to refresh. You can even enable alerts on mobile by adding the dashboard to your home screen.

Do I need to keep a tab open?

No. Push notifications work even when the browser is in the background. You'll get the ping on your phone or desktop, then open the dashboard to review the job.

Does it cost Connects?

Vibeworker itself doesn't use Connects. Applying to jobs on Upwork still requires them, but that's the point — every Connect you spend should be on a job worth winning. Vibeworker makes sure you're not burning them on scope traps and tire-kicker clients.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. You can sign up free with no credit card and get a preview of the real product — the full AI-ranked job feed, match scores, and filter tabs. It's a preview rather than a permanent free plan: after a few active days you'll need a subscription to keep using the feed. Pro also adds Upwork links, proposal generation, and alerts.

What skills or experience do I need?

Any Upwork freelancer can use Vibeworker. During setup, you describe what you do and choose your Hunting Mode. The system matches jobs to your profile — whether you're a developer, designer, writer, or anything else.

Can I change my Hunting Mode?

Yes, anytime from settings. Switching modes instantly re-ranks your entire job feed — every past job is already scored, so there's no waiting for data to rebuild.

What are the paid pricing options?

Vibeworker Pro starts from $16/mo billed annually ($189/year), $19/month, or $9.99/week for flexible short bursts — with regional pricing adjustments in some countries. Cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your current billing period.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — Vibeworker is a native app on both iOS and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play for lock-screen push notifications the moment a match is found. The web dashboard works on mobile too.
